Tickets may be purchased online 24 hours a day, seven days a
week, with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Diners Club. There
is a 9.5% service charge for online orders.
Search
here for your desired event by date, event title, artist,
genre, or key word, or view an alphabetical list of all currently
available events.
Once you have selected
your event, go to that event's performance schedule. Select the
desired performance date and time.
In order to process your
order, we'll need you to tell us about yourself. If you're already
a Kennedy Center E-Patron, save time and simply login. If you're
not yet a Kennedy Center E-Patron, please provide us with the
information necessary to process your order; next time, you can
simply login.
Choose seats by entering
the number of seats desired at given price levels and clicking
"Add to Cart." At this time, you are not able to choose
an individual seat. You are assigned the best seat available in
the section and price range that you select.
We then display your shopping
cart with the seats that have been selected, along with the total
cost. You have the option to select these seats and review your
order, select these seats and continue shopping for additional
events, or remove these seats and empty your shopping cart. Because
there may be other customers who wish to purchase these tickets,
we can only hold them for twenty minutes. After the time limit
expires, the tickets you added to your shopping cart will be released.
Review your order and click
"Checkout" to complete your purchase.
Enter your credit card
number and expiration date.
If the event is less than
14 days away, your tickets will be held at the Kennedy Center
Box Office. Otherwise, you can choose to have your tickets held
at the Box Office, mailed to your billing address, or mailed alternate
address types.
We will display a confirmation
page and send you a confirmation e-mail with an order confirmation
number.
