Kennedy Center Gift Certificates can be used toward the purchase of tickets for most performances available to the general public at the Kennedy Center.

Gift Certificates may not be used for Galas or other "by invitation-only" events or toward gift shop purchases or parking.

If you have any questions about which performances may be purchased using Gift Certificates, please call 202-467-4600.

Gift Certificates can be mailed out to either the purchaser or a recipient of your choosing.

[How to buy Kennedy Center Gift Certificates]


[Order Online]

1. ORDER ONLINE
Gift Certificates can be purchased online with American Express, MasterCard, VISA and Diners Club credit cards.

*Please note that gift certificates ordered online must be shipped and cannot be held at the box office. For last-minute gift certificate purchases, please order by phone or in person to have your gift certificates held at the box office.
2. BY PHONE: Gift Certificates can be purchased by phone with American Express, MasterCard, Visa or Diners Club credit cards by calling the Kennedy Center's Instant-Charge at (202) 467-4600 or (800) 444-1324, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., available 7 days a week.

3. AT THE BOX OFFICE:
Gift Certificates can be purchased at any Kennedy Center Box Office from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m., Monday-Saturday, 12 noon - 9 p.m., Sunday and Holidays with cash, checks, money orders, cashier's checks or with American Express, MasterCard, VISA and Diners Club credit cards.

4. BY MAIL:
Gift Certificates can be ordered though the US mail via the Mail Order Dept. Please include your name, address, and daytime phone number, as well as the name of your gift recipient and the total amount of the Gift Certificate to be purchased.
